• Maths & On line Safety Workshop

  Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend our Online Safety/Maths Parent workshop, last Friday. We hope you found it informative and enjoyed learning with your children!

• Year 4 Visit Verulamium

  We visited the Verulamium Museum on Tuesday 3rd June 2025.  WE went there to gain a better understanding and to look around the museum.  It was a 45 minute drive.

  When we arrived we got out of the coach and headed into the museum, we went downstairs to put our bags away.  After we watched a video about the history of Verulamium.  After we explored the museum, we also looked at a mummified frog.  Suddenly it was our time for us to handle some actual Roman artefacts but some of then were replicas.  Then we had lunch.

  After lunch we had a short walk to the Hypocaust and looked a it, it had a mosaic over the underfloor heating system.

  I would rate the visit 4/5 stars because I would have liked to see more artefacts.
