This term we are exploring different types of materials with the key words:

• soluble
• insoluble
• dissolve
• mixture
• reversible reaction
• irreversible reaction 

We started by exploring what dissolve means, by investigating which materials dissolve.  This will help us plan our own experiment into dissolving. 

Then this week, we got to choose our own investigation linked to dissolving! Some of us explored the temperature that dissolving occurs quickest at, others looked at how the amount of sugar or volume of liquid affects the rate of dissolving.
