Outdoor learning
Weeks 1-3
We have loved learning outside the classroom the last three weeks, particularly as we are learning about Plants in our science lessons with Mrs Chadwick-Cooper. We have planted our own radishes and looked at evergreen and deciduous trees around the school so far. In Maths we worked outside, getting into groups of 2s, 5s and 10s to aid our counting. We also had a great Art lesson outside where we were learning about printing. We looked at how when we had more paint on our hands/feet the print was a lot less detailed. The less paint we used we could see our fingerprints and footprints really clearly!
