School Communication Systems with Weduc 

Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and things that really matter is something we care about. We will be using our own branded app supported by Weduc a service used by many other schools, to communicate to parents. Monks App will be beneficial to you because you can:

• Use a free mobile app on Android and iOS to pick up messages instantly.
• Book parent’s evening appointments.
• Provide consent and pay for school visits in just a few taps.
• Book your children into afterschool clubs.
• Receive up to date notifications from school i.e. visit scheduled to be late back to school or cancelled after school clubs.
• Confirm your child can represent our school at sporting fixtures
• Book a ticket to your children’s performances in school i.e. Infant Nativity.
• Book and pay for Friend’s Discos and Film Clubs.
• And much, much, more.

Registering with Weduc is very easy! Once your child is admitted to our school  you will be sent either an email with information on how to download the app from the app store and activation instructions.

Please be assured that Weduc is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed onto any other organisations.

Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we highly recommend you download the Monks App for the best user experience. To do this, simply search for 'Monks App' in your app store.
