Weeks 1-3
It has been wonderful being back in school after the Christmas break. We have had lots of fun learning about our new topic, A Toy Story! We kick-started our topic with our History of Toys day, where the lovely Sue came and taught us all about toys from the past. We loved playing with all of the old toys - we even had the opportunity to make our own! In Maths, we have been refreshing our knowledge of place value, this time working with numbers up to 20. We've been studying our new text, Dogger, in our whole class reading and English lessons. We're trying to write posters to help Dave find Dogger. Other classes have given us feedback on how to improve them!
