Ancient Greece
This half term we will be studying the Ancient Greeks through our topic and English lessons while answering the 'big question', 'Were the Ancient Greeks respectful people?'
We will be reading a selection of stories from the book 'Greek Myths' retold and illustrated by Marcia Williams
In maths, we will be focusing on fractions, including developing an understanding of mathematical terminology, such as numerator and denominator and we will also be comparing fractions.
In science, we will be learning all about the best environments for different plants. During this topic, we will be growing our own tomatoes too!
