We have been investigating air resistance by making and testing parachutes. We changed just one variable during the investigation - the size of the parachute - and kept other variables the same such as the shape of the parachute, length of the string and number of paperclips used as a weight.
We recorded the amount of time it took for each parachute to fall to the ground from a set height. The results were very interesting and proved that the larger the parachute, the longer it took to fall to the ground.
