Weeks 4-6
In Art, the children had a great time painting their pots that allow light to travel through, building on their clay work skills they've learned previously. We love them!
Week 1-3:
We have been so busy over the past few weeks, learning all about Light & Dark. In Science, we have been testing materials to see how reflective they are, seeing how light travels in straight lines. We also have been designing pots out of clay that allow light to travel through, inspired by Louis Tiffany's lamps. In RE, we have been looking at leaders that inspire us and considering what life was like without them.
