Hello everyone!

Welcome to year 6! Here you will find a few transition videos and tasks that will hopefully help you to feel comfortable and excited about moving into your final year at Monks Risborough!

In the first video, I will take you on a virtual tour around our new classroom! We're really lucky to have such a spacious room with lovely big windows and lots of space to display the wonderful work we will create!

In the second video, I will tell you about some of the exciting responsibilities that come with being in year 6, with a few things for you to think about over the summer. I have written a poem for you all about me! I would really like it if you could write a poem back to me so I can get to know you all a little better! I will post my poem for you underneath the videos, along with a few other documents, to help you write yours. When you've written your poem, I'd really like it if you could send these in to: homelearning@monks.org.uk

The third video is a little creative art task for you to complete over the summer! Please could you bring in your finished masterpiecs when we start in September. You can send a copy to the home learning email, too, if you finish it before September and you'd like to share it with me!
