Arts week 2021

November 1st - 5th 2021

This week we celebrated the Arts with a whole school Arts week. Each class focussed their work on a country. This meant that we could celebrate a diverse range of Arts both ancient and modern from around the globe. The children experimented with different media, enjoyed listening to different kinds of music, participated in drama and dance and listened to a selection of traditional stories. On Friday we held a whole school asssembly where each class showed off a selection of things they had done.

We were also lucky enough to have a flute recital and music lesson from a parent who is a professional musician
