Autumn 2 Healthy Bodies
Welcome. This term our focus topic is Science based and we will be continuing our journey into Animals (including humans) and explore 'Healthy Body, Healthy Mind.' We will look at what we eat to make us healthy and what animals like to eat ! With a focus on 'Food Chains' for animals and well-being for humans. Our wider question will be:
Why is it important to love yourself and be thankful for who you are? (Healthy bodies).
Maths
We will be continuing with our learning about Addition and Subtraction and explore our understanding inside and outside of the classroom.
English
We will be using our knowledge, from our science topic, to write a non-chronological report about human development.

LO: To gain, maintain and monitor the interest of the listener.
Rehearsals are well underway. The children are enjoying learning their lines and producing some excellent singing. Once again, this years Nativity includes Makaton signs to learn and we can remember nearly all of them. The children cannot wait to perform to everyone on the 9th and 10th of December.
