Vikings
Our topic this term is a History led topic, all about the Vikings. By the end of this half term, the children will be able to reflect and answer our values question: "Did the Vikings behave responsibly?".
In English, our class text will be Beowulf by Michael Morpurgo. We will study this text in detail, looking at the purpose and audience, producing some wonderful writing linked to the text.
We will be studying multiplication and division in Maths, thinking about multiples, factors, prime numbers and multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000. Then we will move onto fractions, comparing, ordering, adding and subtracting them.
