Book Week
Our book week book this year was: A practical present for Philippa Pheasant'. We used this as a basis to explore road safety and produce our own road safety leaflets with key information and the use of subheadings and diagrams. Before writing them, we pretended we were being interviewed about road safety for newsround and practised asking and answering questions in front of an audience. We also went out into Monks Risborough and counted the number of vehicles passing in a 10 minute period, and created bar charts using this data.
