In RE this half-term we will be exploring the question 'Why do Christians call the day Jesus died Good Friday?' on a deeper level. We will be looking at the accounts in the gospels of 'The Last Supper' and the 'Washing of the Disciples feet' to understand more about how these events influenced followers of Jesus at the time and still do today.
We began by re-enacting The Last Supper and reflecting on the significance of the events for followers of Jesus.
